Our vision

Frontline recruitment,
finally within reach for everyone.

Large companies have been using recruitment advertising for years, with agencies and budgets. Everyone else posts a vacancy and waits. That's the gap I close.

My boundary

I stop just before the decision.

I don't score people, rank them or rule anyone out. I ask the questions you've given me, put the answers alongside each application, and leave you to read them. Who you call back, and why, isn't my business — and a machine screening candidates for you would expose you to as much risk as it saved you work.

The team

Four ads.
Four roles filled.

Rafa recruits your frontline staff. He's already found his own. Here are the four people behind him, what each is responsible for, and what no CV would have told you.

Rafa ad — Boss, all genders

Marseille

Jean

Responsibilities
Keep the direction, the money and the final decision on track. Do the selling himself, while he's still the best person to do it.
Profile wanted
Woken by a mosquito at 3 am, then 7:30 — more regular than he is. On bad days, he sighs at his screen: nobody talks to him, nobody answers him, he sighs anyway.
Experience required
Ball boy at Roland-Garros. Crouching, motionless, in blazing heat, while someone earned more from one point than he did in a month.
Skills required
Assembles Ikea furniture without opening the instructions; the same instinct helps with a badly built campaign. Can also blow bubbles with his mouth, without chewing gum, which serves no purpose.
Job benefits
Brings ideas. Brings them on a Wednesday, and the site's UX has to be redone.

Marseille

Antoine

Responsibilities
Keep the machine running without anyone having to hold it up by hand. Give honest deadlines, including when people don't like them.
Profile wanted
Works late, so sleeps late. Still gets up to leave for a holiday, or to finish what he started the night before. A bad day: too many things at once, and he hits overload.
Experience required
Ran an online MMO at sixteen. Fifty thousand registered users, and already servers to keep running.
Skills required
Clears a path: faced with something vague or complicated, he breaks it down and finds where to start. Also recognises a song from its first notes, which serves no purpose.
Job benefits
Free tech updates. He gets excited, and they last longer than expected.

Marseille

Laura

Responsibilities
Design what it feels like to face Rafa: the voice, gestures and journey, from the first ad to the last message. Keep the team moving without anyone having to chase a status update.
Profile wanted
Gets up for a cappuccino and sunshine, in that order. You can hear a bad day coming: nobody's put any music on.
Experience required
Setting up bouncy castles and face painting for children.
Skills required
To-do lists, productivity tools and the Marie Kondo method — applied to the wardrobe as much as the backlog. Can also spend hours searching for shells in the sand, which serves no purpose.
Job benefits
A proper carbonara. And the Italian temperament to go with it.
Rafa ad — After-Sales Service, all genders

Paris

Raphaël

Responsibilities
Be on the other end of the phone when a campaign hasn't delivered what was promised. Bring what clients say back into product decisions.
Profile wanted
Woken by Komi, who never waits and demands a walk. A bad day: headphones on, not a word to anyone.
Experience required
Kitchen porter in a small ramen restaurant in Seongnam, south of Seoul.
Skills required
Was a raid leader in World of Warcraft: bring a group together, spot each person's strengths, make them work as one — exactly the job. Also knows Pokémon stats by heart, which serves no purpose.
Job benefits
Jokes at every opportunity. The timing isn't always there.

Nobody here sells a tool they haven't used. Rafa didn't start with a product idea: he grew from campaigns run for real companies, in real local labour markets — and everything we saw break along the way.
